Who I Am

Alexander J. Kucsma aka John Glennville earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rider College, now Rider University (Lawrenceville, NJ) and Masters Degree in British and American Literature  from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio.   Prior to his retirement from the County College of Morris, Randolph, NJ, he taught courses in American Literature, Creative Writing, Science Fiction and Composition. For ten years he coordinated the Dover Recorder(Morristown) Fiction Contest.  He attended the first two sessions of the Cape May National Playwright Symposium where his work was critiqued by award-winning playwrights including William Mastrosimone (The Woolgather), John Pielmeier (Agnes of God) and Pulitzer Prize winner Lee Blessing (A Walk in the Woods). Under the name of John Glennville,  Kucsma wrote The Park Bench.  The County College of Morris produced The Park Bench in January 2015. The play and its Review are available online.  He is a proud member of the Dramatists Guild.   Novel writing has always been his first love.
